Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1 September 2024Welcome to Jurassic Clean Solutions Ltd.

 

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between Jurassic Clean Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its customers ("you," "your," or "the client"). By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

​

1.1 Services Provided. The Company provides residential and industrial cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

1.2 Service Availability. The Company will make every effort to provide services on the agreed dates and times. However, service availability is subject to staff availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Bookings and Cancellations.

 

2.1 Booking Confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from the Company.

 

2.2 Client Obligations.  You must provide accurate information regarding the property and the services required. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the information provided.

 

2.3 Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

3.1 Pricing. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The final price will be confirmed prior to the commencement of services.

 

3.2 Payment Methods. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon at the time of booking.

 

3.3 Payment Due Date. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

 

3.4 Non-Payment. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received in full. Any costs incurred by the Company in recovering the debt will be passed on to the client.

 

4. Liability and Insurance

 

4.1 Damage to Property. The Company will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by the Company, you must notify us within 24 hours. If the Company is deemed liable, we will repair or replace the damaged item, or provide compensation at our discretion.

 

4.2 Insurance. The Company carries public liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our employees while on your property. The insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions or damage not directly caused by our services.

 

4.3 Limitations of Liability. The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the services provided.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

 

5.1 Access to Premises. You must ensure that the Company has access to the premises at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in the full service charge being applied.

 

5.2 Health and Safety. You must inform the Company of any potential health and safety risks associated with the premises prior to the commencement of services.

 

5.3 Valuables and Fragile Items. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables or fragile items from areas to be cleaned. The Company will not be responsible for damage to unsecured items.

 

6. Termination of Services

6.1 By the Client. You may terminate ongoing services by providing 14 days' written notice. Any services provided during this period will be charged at the standard rate.

 

6.2 By the Company. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms and conditions or if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our employees.

 

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

 

7.1 Confidentiality. The Company respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

7.2 Data Protection. The Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

 

8.1 Complaints. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

 

8.2 Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

8.3 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.10.
